Research has proven that house plants can help purify and renew the stale indoor air in our homes and offices. They remove toxins, pollutants, and the carbon dioxide we exhale and replace them with refreshing life maintaining oxygen. One houseplant per 100 square feet of living space is a good rule to follow. Naturally, the more vigorous the plant, the more air it can filter.
